Norlo Studio provides website build and optional support services for service businesses. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and services. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
We design and build a professional website based on the information you provide. Optional Studio Care (hosting, maintenance, and minor updates) is available as an add-on and is not required.
3. Scope and Project Terms
- ✓Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms are discussed after inquiry.
- ✓No project begins until both parties agree on the scope and next steps.
- ✓Optional ongoing care can be discussed after the website needs are clear.
- ✓Any ongoing care arrangement is optional unless separately agreed in writing.

Sending an inquiry does not create a paid project or guarantee availability. We will review your details and discuss the best next step before any work begins. By submitting an inquiry, you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
4. Client Content and Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business details, content, images, and approvals. You confirm that you have the rights to any materials you submit.
5. Revisions and Updates
Revision rounds and launch adjustments are included within the agreed build scope. After launch, ongoing minor updates are included only if Optional Studio Care is active. Large redesigns or new features may require additional scope, timeline, or fees.
6. Hosting and Availability
If you select Optional Studio Care, we provide hosting while that plan is active. If you self-host, you are responsible for hosting performance and uptime. In all cases, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Third-Party Services
Your site may use third-party tools (e.g., payment links, booking tools, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
8. Cancellation
Website Build payments already made are non-refundable once work has started and your production slot is reserved. Optional Studio Care may be canceled at any time before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Upon cancellation of Studio Care, service remains active through the paid billing period, then hosting and ongoing updates end unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all client-provided content (including logos, photos, videos, and copy you provide). After full payment of the Website Build fee, you own the delivered website files for your business use. Norlo Studio retains ownership of pre-existing internal systems, reusable frameworks, methods, and process assets used to produce the build. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, and services remain governed by their respective licenses and terms.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or conversion outcomes. Results depend on many factors including content quality, traffic sources, and market conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norlo Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using our service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
